Serve two delicious frozen flavors at once—whether it's margaritas, piña coladas, daiquiris, strawberry lemonade, or kid-friendly slushies. Our machine is easy to use, professionally cleaned and sanitized before every rental, and is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At Adams Elite Events & Rentals LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all customers, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all rentals, décor, custom treats, and event services. Cancellations All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or text. The cancellation date is based on the date and time your request is received. Refund Policy More than 7 days before your event: Customers are eligible to receive 50% of all payments made. The remaining balance is retained to cover administrative costs, scheduling, and reserved inventory. Within 7 days of your event: No refunds will be issued. Equipment, inventory, and staff have already been reserved specifically for your event. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and are required to reserve your event date. Deposits are applied toward your total rental balance. Custom Orders All custom balloon décor, personalized items, party treats, and special-order products are non-refundable once production has begun, regardless of the cancellation date. Weather Policy Outdoor events are booked at the customer's risk. Weather does not automatically qualify for a refund. If severe weather prevents safe setup, Adams Elite Events & Rentals LLC may offer a rescheduled date or store credit based on availability. Equipment & Rental Policy Once rental equipment has been delivered, no refunds will be issued due to early pickup, unused equipment, or changes made by the customer. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Right to Refuse Service Adams Elite Events & Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if the setup location is unsafe, inaccessible, required payments have not been received, or the rental agreement has been violated. If we cancel for reasons within our control (excluding weather or unsafe site conditions), a full refund of payments made will be issued. By placing an order or reserving equipment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
